About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect/Coordinator to join our team on a high-profile project. This role involves leading and managing BIM workflows, particularly from Stage 3 onwards, for a large-scale, complex masterplan resort. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise and a collaborative mindset, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Requirements

Education:

• Professional degree in architecture.

Experience:

• Proven 10+ years of experience as a senior BIM architect.

• Strong expertise in BIM processes, including model organization, coordination, and compliance with applicable standards.

• Experience with large-scale, complex projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (other BIM-related tools beneficial).

• Ability to conduct clash detection with efficient methodologies.

• Skilled in managing and developing BIM models, overseeing model set-up, and ensuring standard compliance.

• Experience in producing and managing detailed documentation using Revit.

Regulation Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Italian building regulations is advantageous.

Key Competencies

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with design team members to integrate workflows seamlessly.

• Motivated, confident, and capable of taking responsibility for project delivery.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong design and technical skills to contribute to large-scale, complex masterplan projects. You will collaborate closely with the design team to develop and refine creative solutions while producing high-quality drawings and documentation.

Key Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

• Professional qualification as an architect (Part 3 or equivalent).

Experience:

• 3–7 years of professional experience using Revit.

• Proven ability to edit a wide range of families and utilize Revit effectively in project delivery.

• Experience with large-scale, complex masterplan projects is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong design abilities with a knack for resolving technical and design challenges.

• Capability to develop design options collaboratively and produce associated documentation.

• Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
