Sundras Naidoo

Technical Director

Sundras joined ReardonSmith in 2013 after an already outstanding career spanning over 20 years as a Project Team Leader and Senior Architectural Technologist in England, Ireland and South Africa.

Since joining ReardonSmith, Sundras has performed leading roles for the Practice on major projects in Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Ireland and London. He directed the ReardonSmith team documenting the technical stages of the Adare Manor Hotel in Ireland and subsequently lead the site team during the construction phase. Subsequently Sundras provided the technical direction on our BIM project, Avon House, London while completing a side extension to Hyatt Churchill, London. Sundras provided technical support to our architectural services for the Contractor on the Audley.

More recently Sundras has been overseeing The Beaumont Hotel enhancement which includes the extension into Providence Court which is now in the final stages of construction.

His extensive technical and project-running experience and his contribution to the development of the technical expertise of the Practice resulted in his promotion to Technical Director in 2015.
