Stefania Russo

Associate

Stefania originally arrived in London from Northern Italy with the intention of staying for just a few months, which has now turned into 10 years.  She began her journey at ReardonSmith Architects through an internship and officially became part of the team after finishing her studies in 2014.

As a Senior Associate, Stefania is now tasked with overseeing the delivery of luxury hotel projects, including the recent refurbishment of one of London’s most renowned hotels, The Dorchester, where she served as the lead architect for the guestrooms.

Throughout her tenure at ReardonSmith, she has also been involved in high-end residential and senior living projects.

In August 2023 Stefania was profiled by SPACE International Hotel Design Magazine as part of their ‘Rising Stars’ series.
