Silvia Puntillo

Senior Associate - Architect

Silvia is a creative and experienced architect with 13 years’ professional experience. In her earlier career she undertook her architectural training in Italy graduating with a master’s degree in architecture. She moved to London in 2011 and has since worked on a wide variety of projects locally and internationally.

Silvia is highly skilled in planning applications for Grade I and Grade II listed luxury residences; working closely with planning consultants and English Heritage. Silvia has successfully completed the refurbishment of a Grade I Listed luxury residence in Belgrave Square, a luxury Grade II Listed house in Kensington and the tender and construction documentation for a Grade II Listed Boutique Hotel in Grosvenor Square. In the past she has taken the role of project architect due to her ability to lead the co-ordination process with interior designers and the wider consultant team.

Since joining us 5 years ago, Silvia has made a significant contribution to the practice on a number of projects, most notably on The Dorchester Hotel and latterly on a new prestige luxury resort in Italy. As well as Silvia’s significant creative talents, she has developed excellent relationships with our Clients and consultant teams.

In recognition of Silvias contribution, in 2024 she was promoted to the position of Senior Associate.
