The presentation of the KINDLING Ukrainian Student Awards at the Ahead Europe Awards last November was the culmination of an 18 month journey which started early in 2022 when ReardonSmith and MKV came together to look for a way to support, in some way, Ukraine following the invasion by Russia.

The commitment, enthusiasm and interest displayed by all the students, winners or not, was inspirational to us, many of the students were preparing their submissions in air raid shelters whilst under attack!
