Justin joined ReardonSmith in 2000 and became an Associate of the Practice in 2007. Justin demonstrated his ability as Technical Coordinator, working on the Practice’s £85million rebuilding of The Cumberland Hotel, one of the most innovative and design-led refurbishments ever undertaken at a major London hotel and, in parallel, the early phases of a total refurbishment of the InterContinental Mayfair, prior to the hotel becoming a Radisson.

As Site Project Manager and Contract Administrator, Justin supervised the final phase of guestroom refurbishments during the six-year refurbishment of the Grosvenor House Hotel. Justin was Project Manager for ReardonSmith’s Waterloo Travelodge hotel, coordinating the day-to-day communication between the contractors, consultants and client whilst overseeing construction works of this hybrid of new-build architecture and renovated Georgian structure. Justin is currently the Technical Coordinator for the Adare Manor Project in Ireland.

Justin’s extensive technical knowledge and experience led to his promotion to Technical Director of the Practice in 2015.
