Irek Pasek
Associate Director
Irek gained his professional qualifications, as well as his early experience, as both an architectural designer and a teacher of structural mechanics in his native Poland. In 2003 he relocated to the UK and joined a London-based practice with a portfolio of hotel, residential and commercial projects.
Irek Joined ReardonSmith in 2009, since then his experience together with his skills in 3D visualisation techniques has made him a valuable addition as a senior architect at ReardonSmith. At The Savoy Irek made a particular contribution onsite, demonstrating strong team coordination skills and the dexterity to successfully handle the numerous issues that surround the restoration of an iconic hotel. In the studio Irek was a key member of the team designing a new Four Seasons hotel for Baku, capital of Azerbaijan.
He then worked on the Regent Montengro Hotel, a five star hotel in the Porto Montenegro Marina Development, following which he worked on the Lanesborough Hotel and Hyatt Tbilisi projects. Irek is currently the Project Architect on the conversion of the American Embassy in Grosvenor Square.
