Elizabeth Walton

Associate Director

Elizabeth is a qualified architect with 15 years’ experience in international and local hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. On joining ReardonSmith as an Associate Director in early 2023, she demonstrated an exceptional ability in achieving demanding goals by working collaboratively and purposefully with all stakeholders and members of the project team.

Accomplished in leading projects from the feasibility stage through to planning, tender and construction, Elizabeth’s portfolio of work includes luxury hotels and residential developments in London, Switzerland, Abu Dhabi and Suzhou city in China as well as a major redevelopment of Fulham Football Club on the River Thames. Since joining ReardonSmith, her project focus has been the restoration and renovation of The Dorchester Hotel where she has been leading the architectural team in the phased refurbishment of all guestrooms, suites and the Stage 4 design of the proposed Penthouse and F&B rooftop works.

Elizabeth is also a mentor for Women in Architecture, an organisation dedicated to supporting and inspiring women working within the profession.
