Brad relocated from Australia to the UK in 2000 and joined ReardonSmith shortly afterwards. In the years since, his projects have been diverse and have included major London hotel refurbishments such as the InterContinental London Park Lane and Grosvenor House. He has also worked on the creation of concepts for new hotels on Cape Verde and the construction of a luxury hotel in Minsk. Brad was involved in our first project for Four Seasons, in Marrakech, on which he refined the hotel’s operational plan and the design of the branded residences.

Brad led the team working on the development and construction of luxury residences in Porto Montenegro. He is currently Project Leader on the conversion of a Grade ll listed property in St James, London to an exclusive private members club.
