At Reardonsmith, we firmly believe in the power of BIM (Building Information Modelling).

Using Autodesk Revit, our chosen BIM software, our team is able to design and assemble buildings in the virtual world months, if not years, before  construction commences on site. Working in this more efficient and streamlined manner reduces redesign and improves productivity. In cases where the design needs to respond to changes in the brief, the team is able to use the ‘intelligent’ building model to implement these changes in real time.

Utilising clash detection software the team is able to resolve coordination issues and conflicts long before they become costly errors on site. This, more thorough, design process delivers greater assurances for the Client in terms of cost and buildability.
